Once confirmed, driver details appear in My Bookings. For real-time tracking, call our support number — we're available 24/7.
How do I cancel a booking?
Call us at least 2 hours before pickup time. Late cancellations may attract a small fee.
When will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are generated post-trip and emailed to you. You can also download them from the Invoices tab.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI, or bank transfer. Contact us to set up credit terms for regular corporate bookings.
